1. Operation of oligonucleotide synthesizers and downstream processing equipment.

2. Lab works on the oligonucleotide manufacture processes, including but not limited to synthesis, deprotection, purification, desalting and freeze-drying.

3. Work with supervisors on process optimization and scale-up of novel oligonucleotide platforms.

4. Follow all safety guidelines and requirements. Conduct laboratory work in a safe and efficient manner.

5. Follow standard operating procedures, good laboratory practice, and maintain accurate and complete lab documentation in accordance with company/department policies.

6. Data collection and summary to present to internal team.

1. B.S. in chemistry or similar majors, preferred with organic chemistry background.

2. Able to follow the operational procedures to work with pa.

3. Basic knowledge on the principles of analytical instruments, such as UV-vis, LC-MS, pH meter, conductivity meters, HPLC, etc.

4. Demonstrated basic communication abilities in English, such as reading and writing.

5. Lab experience and/or industrial experience is a plus, in particularly in oligonucleotide, nucleic acid chemistry, and/or bioconjugations.

6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional/multi-disciplinary team.

7. Good planning and organization skills.
